保护膜用聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶的制备与性能研究

摘　　要：以过氧化二苯甲酰、丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酰胺和支链型乙烯基硅油为共聚组分,乙酸乙酯为溶剂,制备了保护膜用聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶,并进行了红外表征。讨论了引发剂、丙烯酰胺、支链型乙烯基硅油、交联剂和抗静电剂对压敏胶性能的影响。研究发现,引发剂用量0.6%,丙烯酰胺用量1.8%,支链乙烯基硅油用量2.5%,交联剂N3300用量0.8%~3.0%时,得到的保护膜剥离强度低,且耐热性和耐湿热性好。添加1%的AS-1可以得到抗静电性能好、耐析出的保护膜产品。With dibenzoyl peroxide,isooctyl acrylate,butyl acrylate,methyl methacrylate,hydroxyethyl acrylate,acrylamide and branched vinyl silicone oil as copolymerization components and ethyl acetate as solvent,polyacrylate pressure sensitive adhesive for protective film was prepared and characterized by infrared.The effects of initiator,acrylamide,branched vinyl silicone oil,crosslinking agent and antistatic agent on the properties of PSA were discussed.It was found that when the content of initiator was 0.6%,the content of acrylamide was 1.8%,the content of branched vinyl silicone oil was 2.5%,and the content of crosslinking agent N3300 was 0.8%-3.0%,the peel strength of the protective film was low,and the heat resistance and humidity resistance were good.The protective film with good antistatic property and precipitation resistance can be obtained by adding 1%AS-1.
