摘 要:为解决目前高速公路、一级公路普遍采用的水泥稳定碎石基层易出现收缩裂缝的问题,首先根据贝雷法和主骨料空隙填充法确定了一种间断级配水泥稳定碎石材料的设计方法,然后通过振动成型试件强度试验进行级配调整,并进行了抗压强度试验,回弹模量试验,确定了间断级配水稳填充大粒径碎石基层材料的配合比为G7、G10、XG3规格集料质量占比为55%、18%、27%,水泥剂量4.5%,含水率5.5%,7 d抗压强度为5 MPa,90 d抗压回弹模量为1700 MPa。To solve the problem of shrinkage cracks in the cement stabilized macadam base commonly used in the first-class highways and expressways,the design of an intermittently graded cement stabilized macadam material was first determined according to the Bailey method and the main aggregate void filling method.Then,the gradation adjustment was carried out through the strength test of the vibration forming specimen,and the compressive strength test and the elastic modulus test were carried out to determine the mixing ratio of the intermittent gradation water stable filling of the large-diameter crushed stone base material as G7,G10,XG3 specification aggregate mass proportion is 55%,18%,27%,cement dosage is 4.5%,moisture content is 5.5%,7 d compressive strength is 5 MPa,90 d compressive rebound modulus is 1700 MPa.
