摘  要:橡胶支座的选择是公路桥梁设计与施工工作中重要的内容之一。针对在桥梁设计中,因橡胶支座选择偏差和施工养护不规范等引起桥梁的一系列质量问题和造成的交通安全隐患,依据支座的设计理念,比较了橡胶支座新老规范中的不同之处,研究了橡胶支座的受力时的特征,分析了抗压缩、抗剪切情况,得出橡胶支座的压缩变形、剪切变形是影响桥梁支座乃至这个桥梁的耐久性关键因素,给出了橡胶支座施工中的注意事项和维修保养注意事项,并对溧阳市国省干线公路桥梁的支座设计提出了明确的建议。The selection of rubber bearing is one of the most important contents in the design and construction of highway bridges.In view of a series of quality problems and hidden dangers of traffic safety caused by the selection deviation of rubber bearing and non-standard construction and maintenance in bridge design,according to the design concept of bearing,this paper compares the differences between the new and old specifications of rubber bearing,studies the stress characteristics of rubber bearing,analyzes the anti compression and anti shear conditions,and obtains the compression deformation.Shear deformation is the key factor affecting the durability of bridge bearings and even this bridge.The precautions in rubber bearing construction and maintenance are given,and clear suggestions are put forward for the bearing design of national and provincial trunk highway bridges in Liyang City.
