摘　　要：随着我国经济的高速发展,人们也越来越重视“车轮上的生活”,同时对汽车维修技术要求也随着提高。汽车漆面是汽车外观给人最直观的感受,可比喻为人体的皮肤对人体的作用,同时一定程度提高了汽车自身的安全性。而在汽车喷漆过程中有很多因素影响导致喷漆后产生不同的漆膜缺陷,故有必要系统分析漆膜缺陷原因,正确处理汽车喷漆产生的缺陷,研究汽车喷漆中漆膜缺陷的处理技术,形成处理办法,保证汽车喷漆行业的服务质量。With the rapid development of China's economy,people are paying more and more attention to"life on wheels",and the requirements for automobile maintenance technology are also improving.Automobile paint is the most intuitive feeling of automobile appearance,which can be compared to the effect of human skin on human body.At the same time,it improves the safety of automobile to a certain extent.In the process of automobile painting,there are many factors that affect the production of different paint film defects after painting.Therefore,it is necessary to systematically analyze the causes of paint film defects,correctly deal with the defects caused by automobile painting,study the treatment technology of paint film defects in automobile painting,form treatment methods,and ensure the service quality of automobile painting industry.
