历史街区停车问题改善对策研究--以苏州市观前街为例

摘　　要：针对历史街区在城市发展过程中因停车需求与停车供给不平衡而导致的停车困难问题,以苏州市观前区为例进行了案例研究。通过对苏州市历史街区停车供需现状、管理现状和收费现状的梳理,说明解决当前历史街区相关停车问题的必要性。从规划管理、停车收费价格、智慧停车与共享停车等多个角度提出对策,从而提高停车泊位利用率。提出相关对策建议不仅为姑苏城历史街区停车问题的解决提供了参考,对其他城市解决停车问题也具有借鉴意义。Aiming at the parking difficulties caused by the imbalance between parking demand and parking supply in the process of urban development,a case study is carried out in Guanqian District,Suzhou.By combing the current situation of parking supply and demand,management and charging in historical blocks in Suzhou,this paper explains the necessity of solving the current parking problems related to historical blocks.This paper puts forward countermeasures from the perspectives of planning and management,parking charge price,intelligent parking and shared parking,so as to improve the utilization rate of parking spaces.The relevant countermeasures and suggestions not only provide a reference for the solution of parking problems in historical blocks of Suzhou City,but also have important guidance and reference significance for other cities to solve parking problems.
