摘  要:钢筋混凝土拱桥因受力合理、全寿命周期维护成本低,成为深沟峡谷、地震多发等地区最具竞争力的桥型。特别是劲性骨架成拱的钢筋混凝土拱桥,无需支架、施工安全、截面参与施工受力,已成为大跨钢筋混凝土拱桥建造最优技术之一。原有劲性骨架法成拱技术,受到主拱结构构造差、骨架强度低、刚度小、外包混凝土施工环节多等诸多因素限制,国内建设数量较少。为攻克技术难题,依托320 m官盛渠江特大桥,对劲性骨架钢筋混凝土拱桥再创新,提出强劲骨架建造特大跨钢筋混凝土肋拱桥的建造技术,该技术提出的新结构、新材料、新工艺和新装备等科技成果,可简化特大跨钢筋混凝土拱桥施工流程、降低施工风险、节约施工工期,结构设计合理、材料利用率高、节约工程造价,社会经济效益十分显著。Reinforced Concrete Arch Bridge(RCAB)has become one of the most competitive bridge types in deep gully and earthquake-prone areas,owing to its reasonable mechanical performance and low life-cycle maintenance cost.Especially for the RCAB with stiffened skeleton construction has become the optimal technology for the construction of long-span reinforced concrete arch bridge,due to the construction process is safe enough and the section is involved in the construction force without the need of supports or formworks.The original rigid skeleton technology has not been widely used since its unreasonable arch structure,low skeleton strength,small stiffness,tedious construction links of the outsourcing concrete.To solve the technical problems,based on Guansheng Qujiang bridge with the span of 320 m,this paper proposed a novel construction technology of extra-large span RCAB using stiffened skeleton technique,which is considered as a re-innovation of RCAB with stiffened skeleton construction.The new structure,new material,new technology,new equipment and other scientific achievements proposed by the technology can greatly simplify construction process,reduce risk and accelerate period.Meanwhile,the proposed technology technology has the obvious advantages of reasonable structure design,high material utilization rate,low project cost and remarkable economic benefits.
