摘  要:灌浆缺陷套筒的连接性能是装配式结构质量检测和安全性分析中的灌浆问题。通过制作不同直径的灌浆缺陷套筒试件,研究了钢筋直径对灌浆缺陷套筒连接性能的影响特征,借助数值建模分析不同缺陷尺寸和缺陷位置下套筒抗变形能力的变化规律和内部影响机制。研究结果表明:钢筋直径灌浆缺陷套筒的连接性能有显著影响,直径越大,相同锚固长度下的锚固应力越低,连接合格所要求的临界锚固长度越长;缺陷位置对套筒的连接性能和抗变形能力的影响相反,相同缺陷情况下端部缺陷套筒比中部缺陷套筒能承受更大的荷载,但其等效连接刚度却相比要小;中部缺陷会导致灌浆料的应力场不连续,在缺陷处产生应力集中现象,从而导致中部缺陷套筒的连接性能差于端部缺陷套筒。The connection performance of the grout defect sleeve is a grouting problem in the quality inspection and safety analysis of the prefabricated structure.In this paper,the influence of steel reinforcement diameter on the connection performance of grout defect sleeve is studied by making grout defect sleeve specimens of different diameters,and the variation law and internal influence mechanism of sleeve deformation resistance under different defect sizes and defect locations are analyzed by means of numerical modeling.The results show that the connection performance of the reinforced diameter grout defect sleeve has a significant impact,the larger the diameter,the lower the anchoring stress under the same anchoring length,and the longer the critical anchoring length required for the connection qualification;the defect location has the opposite effect on the connection performance and deformation resistance of the sleeve,and the defective sleeve at the end can withstand a larger load than the defective sleeve in the middle under the same defect case,but its equivalent connection stiffness is smaller;the middle defect will cause the stress field of the grout to be discontinuous,and the stress concentration phenomenon will be generated at the defect,resulting in the connection performance of the central defect sleeve being worse than that of the end defect sleeve.
