摘 要:2006年1月,沪宁高速公路江苏段完成双向八车道改扩建并通车。自扩建通车以来,交通量持续快速增长,部分路段服务水平降至五级以下,交通拥堵时常发生。沪宁高速公路江苏段里程长,流量空间分布差异性大,各段承担的功能也不相同。为了适应沪宁高速公路江苏段的交通增长,并适时地实施再扩建,以保证沪宁大通道长期、高效的运营;结合各段流量增长情况、规划路网布局情况以及承担的功能情况对沪宁高速公路江苏段不同段落的建设时机和再次改扩建总体方案进行了研究分析。In January 2006,the Jiangsu section of the Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway completed the reconstruction and expansion of the two-way eight-lane highway and opened to traffic.Since the opening of the expansion,the traffic volume has continued to grow rapidly,and the service level of some road sections has dropped below level 5,and traffic congestion often occurs.The Jiangsu section of the Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway has a long mileage,and the spatial distribution of traffic varies greatly,and the functions undertaken by each section are also different.In order to adapt to the traffic growth of the Jiangsu section of the Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway,and to implement re-expansion in a timely manner to ensure the long-term and efficient operation of the Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway.The construction timing of different sections of Jiangsu section of Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway and the overall plan of reconstruction and expansion are studied and analyzed.
