摘　　要：对不合并糖尿病终末期肾脏疾病患者行血液透析与腹膜透析的预后效果进行探讨。对2021年1月—2022年1月时段内保定市第二中心医院接收的100例不合并糖尿病终末期肾脏病患者展开研究,通过随机数表法将患者分成两组,命名为对照组和研究组,对照组行血液透析治疗,研究组行腹膜透析治疗,观察两组患者预后效果。研究发现,针对不合并糖尿病的终末期肾脏病患者,选择腹膜透析治疗在患者预后蛋白营养、贫血以及安全性等方面所取得效果更加显著。The purpose of this study is to explore the prognostic effect of hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis in patients with end-stage renal disease without diabetes.From January 2021 to January 2022,100 patients with end-stage renal disease without diabetes received by the author’s hospital were studied.The patients were divided into two groups by random number table method,named control group and research group.The control group was treated with hemodialysis and the research group was treated with peritoneal dialysis.The prognosis of the two groups of patients was observed.For patients with end-stage renal disease without diabetes,peritoneal dialysis has achieved more significant results in terms of prognosis,protein nutrition,anemia and safety.
