留置针封管后血液回流及堵管原因分析及对策研究

摘　　要：研究分析留置针封管后血液回流及堵管的原因,同时以此为依据探析具体的预防对策。将86例在贵州医科大学附属肿瘤医院接受治疗的患者纳入实验作为研究对象,并将其随机分为使用不同留置针方法的对照组和观察组,其中对照组使用普通肝素帽留置针,观察组使用正压接头留置针,比较分析不同留置针措施下的血液回流和堵管原因,总结分析具体原因后制定了防范对策。To study and analyze the causes of blood backflow and blockage after sealing the indwelling needle,and to explore the specific preventive measures based on this.In the process of this study,86 patients who were treated in our hospital were included in the experiment as the research objects,and they were randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group using different methods of indwelling needles.The control group used the ordinary heparin cap indwelling needle,and the observation group used the positive pressure connector indwelling needle.The reasons for blood backflow and blockage under different indwelling needle measures were compared and analyzed,and the preventive measures were formulated after summarizing and analyzing the specific reasons.
