营造护理安全文化在康复护理中的实践与效果

摘　　要：分析康复护理实践中融入护理安全文化的效果。选取宜宾市第一人民医院2021年3月—2022年6月收治的脑卒中康复护理患者作为观察对象,分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组患者采取常规康复护理,观察组基于护理安全文化下实施康复护理。研究对比不同护理模式下的患者不良事件发生率、护理满意度及患者负面情绪的具体情况。研究结果显示,观察组不良事件发生率比对照组低,护理满意度比对照组高,P<0.05。脑卒中患者采取康复护理过程中,营造护理安全文化可提升护理安全性,使患者保持稳定的情绪接受治疗,提升患者对护理的满意度,值得临床推广。To analyze the effect of integrating nursing safety culture into rehabilitation nursing practice.The stroke rehabilitation nursing patients admitted to Yibin First People’s Hospital from March 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group.The patients in the control group received conventional reha bilitation nursing,and the observation group received rehabilitation nursing based on the nursing safety culture.To study and compare the incidence of adverse events,nursing satisfaction and the specific situation of patients’negative emotions under different nursing modes.The results showed that the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the process of rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients,building a nursing safety culture can improve nursing safety,keep patients in a stable mood for treatment,and improve patients’satisfaction with nursing,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
