摘　　要：分析慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者发生院内感染的临床特点,评估造成感染的相关危险因素,为临床诊疗提供参考。选择保定市第二中心医院2021年收治的慢性肾功能衰竭并且进行血液透析治疗的90例患者作为研究对象,根据是否出现院内感染划分成A、B两组。其中A组(发生感染)40例,以及B组(未发生感染)50例。通过对患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,评估医疗因素差异以及院内感染表现出的临床特点,分析总结发生院内感染的危险因素。发现慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者主要是受自身以及医疗因素的影响而出现院内感染,所以医院需要加强日常管理,定期清洁和消毒,控制抗菌药物的使用,强化对患者的科学护理等,实现对院内感染因素的科学控制,尽量降低患者在院内感染发生率。To analyze the clinical characteristics of hospital infection in hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure,evaluate the risk factors related to infection,and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.90 patients with chronic renal failure who were admitted to Baoding Second Central Hospital in 2021 for hemodialysis treatment were selected.They were divided into two groups,A and B,according to whether hospital infection occurred.There were 40 cases in group A(with infection)and 50 cases in group B(without infection).Through the retrospective analysis of patients’clinical data,the differences of medical factors and the clinical characteristics of hospital infection were evaluated,and the risk factors of hospital infection were analyzed and summarized.It is found that hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure suffer from hospital infection mainly due to their own and medical factors.Therefore,the hospital needs to strengthen daily management,regularly clean and disinfect the medical environment,control the use of antibacterial drugs,and strengthen scientific nursing of patients,so as to achieve scientific control of hospital infection factors and minimize the incidence of hospital infection of patients.
