摘　　要：中心静脉通路装置是儿童患者给药的重要通道,在其日常维护管理过程中因频繁撕脱敷贴或使用、移除敷贴方法不当均易造成局部皮肤损伤,引发医用粘胶相关性皮肤损伤(Medical Adhesive Related Skin Injury,MARSI),该现象越来越受到广大医务人员的重视。就MARSI的定义、分类、发生机制及儿童患者MARSI的风险评估和预防措施展开综述。Central venous access device is an important channel for drug administration of children.In the process of daily maintenance and management,it is easy to cause local skin damage and medical adhesive related skin injury(MARSI)due to frequent avulsion or improper application or removal methods.This phenomenon has been paid more and more attention by medical personnel.The author mainly reviewed the defi nition,classifi cation,pathogenesis,risk assessment and preventive measures of MARSI in children.
