饮食护理干预在痛风患者护理中的临床应用效果

摘  要:探究了在痛风患者治疗期间应用饮食护理干预的临床效果。从2019年5月—2021年5月在成都中医药大学附属医院就诊的患者中选取60例作为此次参研样本,运用双盲法将样本分为参照组(30例)、研究组(30例)。参照组采用传统护理,研究组采用传统护理联合饮食护理干预,比对两组样本中患者的疼痛及痛风改善情况、饮食依从性、临床相关指标值(血尿酸、血糖、血三酰甘油、血沉)以及护理满意度。研究发现在痛风患者治疗期间应用饮食护理干预效果较为理想,对缓解临床症状及疼痛有积极作用,同时有助于提高饮食依从性及患者满意度,值得临床推广使用。To explore the clinical effect of dietary nursing intervention during the treatment of gout patients,60 patients from the Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research participants.The samples were divided into reference group(30 cases)and research group(30 cases)by double blind method.The reference group used traditional nursing,and the research group used traditional nursing combined with dietary nursing intervention,the improvement of pain and gout,diet compliance,clinical related index values(blood uric acid,blood glucose,blood triacylglycerol,erythrocyte sedimentation rate)and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared.The study found that the application of diet nursing intervention during the treatment of gout patients has an ideal effect,has a positive effect on relieving clinical symptoms and pain,and helps to improve diet compliance and patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
