加速康复外科护理在腹腔镜下卵巢良性肿瘤切除术的应用

摘　　要：分析研究在腹腔镜下卵巢良性肿瘤切除术中予以加速康复外科护理的应用价值。选取2019年12月—2021年12月聊城市人民医院收治的70例卵巢良性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组所纳入的35例患者采用常规护理模式,观察组所纳入的35例患者采用加速康复外科护理,就各项护理措施开展前后,观测对比各项指标。研究发现,观察组满意度评估值97.14%相较对照组满意度评估值80.00%更高,P<0.05。在腹腔镜下卵巢良性肿瘤切除术护理期间开展加速康复外科护理,患者应激反应明显改善,术后恢复良好,心理状况改善明显,满意度较高,在临床中具有借鉴及应用推广价值。To analyze and study the application value of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing in laparoscopic ovarian benign tumor resection.Seventy patients with benign ovarian tumors admitted to Liaocheng People’s Hospital from December 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.35 patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing mode,and 35 patients in the observation group were treated with accelerated rehabilitation surgery.All indicators were observed and compared before and after the implementation of various nursing measures.The study found that 97.14%of the evaluation value of satisfaction in the observation group was higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).During the nursing period of laparoscopic ovarian benign tumor resection,accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing was carried out.The stress reaction of patients was significantly improved,the postoperative recovery was good,the psychological status was improved,and the satisfaction was high.It has reference and application value in clinical practice.
