优质护理服务在中孕引产分娩期的应用

摘　　要：对中孕引产分娩期开展优质护理服务的价值进行研究。选取南通市第一人民医院在2021年2月—2022年2月时段纳取的74例中孕引产分娩患者作为研究对象,依据双盲法分组,等分为参照组和研究组。参照组给予传统护理,研究组给予优质护理服务。分析比对两组分娩疼痛程度、对知识的掌握度以及护理满意度等指标。以研究组数据作比较,参照组分娩疼痛程度较重,结果比对有意义(P<0.05);研究组对知识的掌握度明显优于参照组,结果比对有意义(P<0.05);以护理满意度指标做比较,研究组数值显著高于参照组,结果比对有意义(P<0.05)。优质护理服务的全面开展,针对中孕引产分娩患者而言意义十分重大,可减轻患者疼痛程度,提升患者对健康知识的认知度和对护理服务的满意度,整体疗效显著。To discuss the value of high quality nursing service during induced labor and delivery.Select 74 cases of induced labor patients admitted by the Second Affliated Hospital of Nantong University from February 2021 to February 2022,and divide them into reference group and research group according to double blind method.The reference group was given traditional nursing,while the research group was given high-quality nursing services.The degree of labor pain,the mastery of knowledge and nursing satisfaction were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Compared with the data of the study group,the labor pain in the control group was more severe,and the results were significant(P<0.05);The mastery of knowledge in the study group was significantly better than that in the reference group,and the comparison was significant(P<0.05);Compared with the nursing satisfaction index,the value of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the result comparison was significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive development of high-quality nursing services is of great significance for patients with induced labor and delivery of second trimester pregnancy.It can reduce the degree of pain of patients,improve patients’awareness of health knowledge and satisfaction with nursing services.The overall effect is significant.
