采血机构控制输血风险的对策探讨

摘　　要：采血机构在临床输血方面存在一些潜在风险,相关工作人员需加强对输血风险的控制,可以通过建立完善的规章制度、对专业人员进行专业技能的培训及指导、建立完善的准入制度、加强对工作人员综合能力的考评等措施来保证输血治疗的有效性和安全性,进一步规范临床用血行为。对采血机构在输血风险控制方面存在的问题进行了分析,提出了相应的控制风险策略。There are some potential risks in clinical blood transfusion in blood collection institutions.Relevant staffneeds to strengthen the control of blood transfusion risks by establishing sound rules and regulations;Provide professional skills training and guidance to professionals;Establish perfect admittance system;Strengthen the evaluation of the comprehensive ability of staffto ensure the effectiveness and safety of blood transfusion treatment,and further standardize the behavior of clinical blood use.This studyfirst analyzed the problems in blood transfusion risk control of blood collection institutions,and then proposed the corresponding risk control strategies.
