摘 要:脑胶质瘤是一种危害严重的肿瘤疾病,临床中关于脑胶质瘤的诊治重点在于肿瘤的微血管通透性,结合这一性质的表现,可以实现对肿瘤的恶性严重程度、分子分型、患者预后状况的判断。目前关于脑胶质瘤的血管通透性研究仍然存在缺陷与空白,所以如何进一步的探究与优化关于脑胶质瘤的论证显得非常重要。常规的MRI无法实现对患者肿瘤微血管通透性表现的及时检查与判断,对于诊疗胶质瘤有一定的障碍,所以选择一种积极创新诊断技术方式显得非常重要。非对比剂灌注MRI可以实现无创、动态化以及定量的血流动力学特征评价,有着相对广泛的临床科研和工作价值,基于此非对比剂灌注便成为了关于脑胶质瘤的重要诊断内容,属于疾病早期诊断与评价的重要途径。通过分析脑胶质瘤微血管通透性灌注MRI研究进展,希望能够进一步提升脑胶质瘤的早期病变诊断水平。Glioma is a very serious tumor disease.In clinical diagnosis and treatment of glioma,the focus is on the microvascular permeability of the tumor.Combined with the performance of this nature,we can judge the malignant severity,molecular classification,and patient prognosis of the tumor.At present,there are still defects and gaps in the research on vascular permeability of brain glioma,so it is very important to further explore and optimize the demonstration of brain glioma.Conventional MRI cannot timely check and judge the tumor microvascular permeability of patients,which has certain obstacles to the diagnosis and treatment of glioma.Therefore,it is very important to choose an active and innovative diagnostic technology.Non contrast perfusion MRI can realize non-invasive,dynamic and quantitative evaluation of hemodynamic characteristics,and has relatively extensive clinical research and work value.Based on this,non-contrast perfusion MRI has become an important diagnostic content of brain glioma and an important way of early diagnosis and evaluation of disease.In this regard,in order to further improve the early diagnosis level of brain glioma,we hope to provide help for relevant workers by briefly analyzing the research progress of microvascular permeability perfusion MRI of brain glioma.
