乌梅汤加减联合盐酸二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的效果观察及安全性分析

摘　　要：研究了对2型糖尿病患者治疗过程中,应用乌梅汤加减联合盐酸二甲双胍进行干预治疗的临床效果以及安全性。以河北省盐山县人民医院接受治疗的2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象(76例),将其以随机数余数分组法均分成常规组(盐酸二甲双胍治疗)和研究组(乌梅汤加减联合盐酸二甲双胍治疗),每组各有患者38例,对其临床效果进行对比,同时比较两组患者血糖指标的实际情况、不良反应发生情况、生活质量、中医证候积分等指标。研究发现将乌梅汤加减联合盐酸二甲双胍治疗的方法应用于2型糖尿病患者的治疗方案中,可以改善患者的血糖水平,提高其生活质量,降低患者发生不良反应的概率。与此同时,患者对于治疗方法的满意度评价高,效果显著,值得推广应用。To study the clinical effect and safety of addition and subtraction of dark plum soup metformin hydrochloride in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients.The patients with type 2 diabetes who received treatment in Yanshan People’s Hospital of Hebei Province were taken as the research object(76 cases),and they were divided into the conventional group(metformin hydrochloride treatment)and the research group(addition and subtraction of dark plum soup metformin hydrochloride treatment)by random remainder grouping method.Each group had 38 patients,and their clinical effects were compared.At the same time,the actual situation of blood glucose indicators,adverse reactions quality of life,TCM syndrome score and other indicators were compared.The study found that the combination of addition and subtraction of dark plum soup and metformin hydrochloride in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients can improve the blood sugar level of patients,improve their quality of life,and reduce the probability of adverse reactions.At the same time,patients have a high degree of satisfaction with the treatment method,and the effect is significant,which is worth promoting.
