综合疗养因子对中老年亚健康者的干预效果分析

摘　　要：分析了综合疗养因子对亚健康中老年人的干预效果。选取2020年6月—12月联勤保障部队三亚康复疗养中心收治的62例亚健康中老年人作为研究对象,所有疗养人员均开展综合疗养因子治疗。治疗开展后,62例疗养人员的亚健康状态、临床检验指标均得以有效改善,在生活质量评分方面各项数据也高于干预前,组间差异明显(P<0.05);并且在干预后,老年人的自我管理能力也有效提高,相对于干预前,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。处于亚健康状态的中老年人采用综合疗养因子治疗,能显著改善自身亚健康状态和各种临床检验指标,疗养效果显著,值得临床推广。To analyze the intervention effect of comprehensive convalescent factors on sub-health middle-aged and elderly people.We selected 62 cases of sub-health middle-aged and elderly people who were admitted to Sanya Rehabilitation Center of the PLA Joint Service Support Force from June to December 2020 as the research objects,and all convalescent personnel were treated with comprehensive convalescent factors.After the treatment,the sub-health status and clinical test indicators of 62 convalescents were effectively improved.In terms of the quality of life score,after the implementation of the intervention,the data were also higher than that before the intervention,with significant differences between groups(P<0.05);And after the intervention,the self-management ability of the elderly also improved effectively,compared with before the intervention,the difference between the groups was significant,(P<0.05).Middle aged and elderly people in sub-health state can significantly improve their sub-health state and various clinical test indicators by using comprehensive convalescent factors,and the convalescent effect is significant,which is worth clinical promotion.
