血清IL-1β、TNF-α水平与急性肺血栓栓塞症及骨折的关系分析

摘　　要：对血清IL-1β、TNF-α水平与急性肺血栓栓塞症(PTE)及骨折的关系进行了分析。将遂宁市中心医院2021年—2022年30例PTE患者作为观察组(其中合并股骨骨折19例,合并胫、腓骨骨折11例),将同期30例单纯股骨骨折者作为对照组1组,同期30例健康人群为对照组2组,均测定其血清IL-1β、TNF-α质量浓度,以对照研究的方式分析血清IL-1β、TNF-α与急性肺血栓栓塞及骨折之间的关系。研究发现,LL与健康人群、单纯股骨骨折患者相比较,急性肺血栓栓塞症伴骨折患者的血清IL-1β、TNF-α质量浓度显著更高,可怀疑血清IL-1β、TNF-α两种细胞因子积极参与了下肢骨折后急性肺栓塞的产生与发展。Identify the relationship between serum IL-1β,TNF-αlevel and pulmonary thromboembolism(PTE)and fracture.From 2021 to 2022,30 patients with PTE in Suining Central Hospital were included as the observation group(including 19 patients with femoral fractures and 11 patients with tibial and fi bular fractures),30 patients with simple femoral fractures in the same period were included as the control group 1,and 30 healthy people in the same period were included as the control group 2.Serum IL-1 was measuredβ,TNF-αMass concentration,analysis of serum IL-1 in the way of control studyβ,TNF-αAnd the relationship between acute pulmonary thromboembolism and fracture.The study found that compared with healthy people and patients with simple femoral fracture,the serum IL-1 of patients with acute pulmonary thromboembolism and fractureβ,TNF-αThe mass concentration is signifi cantly higher,and serum IL-1 may be suspectedβ,TNF-αTwo kinds of cytokines actively participate in the occurrence and development of acute pulmonary embolism after lower limb fracture.
