危重症新生儿并发低血糖的营养支持护理要点分析

摘  要:分析了营养支持护理对危重症并发低血糖新生儿的重要性。对2020年6月—2022年6月聊城市人民医院收治的60例危重症并发低血糖新生儿进行回顾性研究,将实施常规护理和加行营养支持护理的30例患儿各设为对照组和研究组。对比两组患儿的血糖达标天数、住院天数、并发症发生率以及干预前后营养状况和血糖控制效果。研究发现,基于常规护理加行营养支持护理,对危重症并发低血糖新生儿的血糖水平、营养状态均有积极影响,同时还能加快患儿康复速度,降低并发症发生风险。The importance of nutritional support nursing for critically ill neonates with hypoglycemia was analyzed.A retrospective study was conducted on 60 critically ill neonates with hypoglycemia admitted to Liaocheng People’s Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022.30 neonates who received routine care and 30 neonates who received nutritional support care were set as the control group and the study group.The days of reaching the standard of blood glucose,the days of hospitalization,the incidence of complications,the nutritional status and the effect of blood glucose control before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.The study found that the routine nursing plus nutritional support nursing had a positive impact on the blood sugar level and nutritional status of critically ill neonates with hypoglycemia,and could also speed up the recovery of children and reduce the risk of complications.
