疝环充填式无张力疝修补术在腹股沟疝治疗中的效果分析

摘　　要：研究了在腹股沟疝治疗中采取疝环充填式无张力疝修补术(Mesh-Plug)的临床效果。从赤壁市第三人民医院2018年2月2021年2月收治的腹股沟疝患者中选择120例作为研究对象,借助随机数字表法将其均分为试验组、传统组,每组60例,分别采取Mesh-Plug、传统疝修补术,对比两组病例的术中失血量与手术、术后下床活动、住院时间,使用数字疼痛评分量表(NRS)评估两组疼痛情况,以及对比两组C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-a(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、并发症发生率与复发情况等。研究发现对腹股沟疝患者给予Mesh-Plug治疗具有一定的临床效果,患者产生的炎症反应影响小,且可显著降低术后疼痛程度,减少并发症发生,具有一定的安全性,同时可有效避免复发,值得借鉴。To study the clinical effect of mesh plug hernia repair(Mesh Plug)in the treatment of inguinal hernia.120 patients with inguinal hernia admitted by the Third People’s Hospital of Chibi City from February 2018 to February 2021 were selected and divided into the test group and the traditional group with the help of a random number table.Mesh Plug and traditional her-niorrhaphy were adopted respectively,with 60 patients in each group.The intraoperative blood loss and operation,postoperative activity out of bed,and hospital stay of the two groups were compared.The pain situation of the two groups was evaluated with a numerical pain score scale(NRS),and the C-reactive protein(CRP)Tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-α),Interleukin-6(IL-6),complication rate and recurrence.The study found that mesh plug treatment for patients with inguinal hernia has a certain clinical effect,has little impact on the inflammatory reaction of patients,can significantly reduce the degree of postoperative pain,reduce complications,has a certain degree of safety,and can effectively avoid recurrence,promote the prognosis of patients,which is worth learning.
