摘 要:对高频超声与MR(I磁共振成像)检查在青年肩袖相关病变诊断中的准确性、敏感性进行了比较和研究。选取张家口市第二医院于2020年7月—2022年7月本收治的50例青年肩袖相关病变患者作为研究对象,将其等分为两组。对照组采用MRI成像检查结果,观察组采用高频超声成像检查结果,并比较两组成像结果。数据显示,观察组与对照组对肩袖撕裂检出率分别为18.00%、20.00%(P>0.05);观察组肩袖钙化、肩关节周围腱鞘积液检出率分别为80.00%、92.00%,明显高于对照组的52.00%、62.00%(P<0.05)。由此可知,高频超声检查与MRI检查在肩袖撕裂的准确性方面效果相当,但高频超声检查诊断肩袖钙化、肩关节周围腱鞘积液的结果更为理想,可以为肩袖相关病变患者提供更多有效的影像学诊断支持。The accuracy and sensitivity of high frequency ultrasound and MRI in the diagnosis of rotator cuffrelated diseases in young people were compared and studied.50 young patients with rotator cuffrelated diseases admitted to Zhangjiakou No.2 Hospital from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were equally divided into two groups.MRI imaging results were used in the control group and high-frequency ultrasound imaging results were used in the observation group,and the imaging results of the two groups were compared.The data showed that the detection rates of rotator cufftear in the observation group and the control group were 18.00%and 20.00%respectively(p>0.05);The detection rates of rotator cuffcalcification and peri shoulder tendon sheath effusion in the observation group were 80.00%and 92.00%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(52.00%and 62.00%,respectively)(p<0.05).It can be seen that high-frequency ultrasound and MRI have the same effect in the accuracy of rotator cufftear,but high-frequency ultrasound is more ideal in the diagnosis of rotator cuffcalcification and tendon sheath effusion around the shoulder joint,which can provide more effective imaging diagnostic support for patients with rotator cuffrelated diseases.
