腰硬联合麻醉用于宫腔镜手术患者中的效果及对血流动力学的影响分析

摘  要:将腰硬联合麻醉方案用于宫腔镜手术患者,观察其效果、血流动力学指标情况。纳入宫腔镜手术患者70例,时间为2019年2月—2021年2月。其中35例予以单纯硬膜外麻醉,设为硬膜外麻醉组;另外35例予以腰硬联合麻醉,设为腰硬联合麻醉组,对比效果。麻醉后5min,腰硬联合麻醉组的HR、MAP水平,相比麻醉前5min而言,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),相比硬膜外麻醉组均更高(P<0.05)。腰硬联合麻醉组的麻醉起效所需时间、运动神经完全阻滞所需时间、术后肠鸣音恢复时间,相比硬膜外麻醉组均更短(P<0.05)。腰硬联合麻醉组的麻醉效果满意率,相比硬膜外麻醉组更高(P<0.05)。将腰硬联合麻醉方案用于宫腔镜手术患者,麻醉效果更佳。The combined spinal epidural anesthesia scheme was applied to patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery to observe the effect and hemodynamic indicators.70 patients were included in hysteroscopic surgery from February 2019 to February 2021.Among them,35 cases were given simple epidural anesthesia,which was set as epidural anesthesia group;The other 35 cases were treated with combined spinal and epidural anesthesia,which was set as the combined spinal and epidural anesthesia group to compare the effects.At 5 minutes after anesthesia,the HR and MAP levels in the combined spinal and epidural anesthesia group had no significant difference compared with the 5 minutes before anesthesia(p>0.05),and were higher than those in the epidural anesthesia group(p<0.05).The time of onset of anesthesia,the time of complete motor nerve block,and the recovery time of postoperative bowel sounds in the combined spinal epidural anesthesia group were shorter than those in the epidural anesthesia group(p<0.05).The satisfaction rate of anesthesia effect was higher in the group than that in the epidural group(P<0.05).The effect of combined spinal epidural anesthesia is better in hysteroscopic surgery.
