风湿性心脏瓣膜病的心脏彩超表现及诊断效果研究

摘　　要：对风湿性心脏瓣膜病的心脏彩超表现及诊断效果进行了研究。选取2019年5月—2021年5月期间胜利油田中心医院收治的78例疑似风湿性心脏瓣膜病患者作为研究对象,对本组患者均行心脏彩超检查与X线片检查,以病理检查结果为金标准,统计风湿性心脏瓣膜病的疾病检出率,比较两种检查手段的诊断准确度、特异度、敏感度及阳性预测值和阴性预测值,分析风湿性心脏瓣膜病的心脏彩超表现。研究发现,风湿性心脏瓣膜病的临床检出率较高,心脏彩超检查该病的诊断准确度和敏感度较高,可有效判断累及瓣膜情况,值得临床应用及推广。The manifestations and diagnosis of rheumatic valvular heart disease by color Doppler echocardiography were observed and analyzed.78 patients with suspected rheumatic valvular heart disease admitted to Shengli Oilfield Central Hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.All patients in this group were examined by color Doppler echocardiography and X-ray film.The pathological examination results were used as the gold standard to calculate the disease detection rate of rheumatic valvular heart disease,and the diagnostic accuracy,specificity,sensitivity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of the two examination methods were compared,To analyze the color Doppler echocardiography manifestations of rheumatic valvular heart disease.The study found that the clinical detection rate of rheumatic valvular heart disease was high,and the diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of color Doppler echocardiography were high,which could effectively judge the valve involved,and was worthy of clinical application and promotion.
