助产士一对一全程陪伴联合配偶产程支持干预在单胎足月初产妇经阴道分娩中的效果观察

摘　　要：探讨了助产士一对一全程陪伴联合配偶产程支持干预在单胎足月初产妇经阴道分娩中的效果。将80例单胎足月经阴道分娩初产妇用随机数字分组分成两组,各40例,对照组行常规分娩护理,观察组行助产士一对一全程陪伴联合配偶产程支持干预。研究发现,助产士一对一全程陪伴联合配偶产程支持干预在单胎足月初产妇经阴道分娩中的效果十分理想,可有效缩短产程,改善初产妇不良情绪并提高其生活质量,同时有效减少产后并发症,大幅度提高分娩干预质量。To explore the effect of one-on-one midwife accompany and spouse support intervention in vaginal delivery of single term primipara.80 cases of primipara with single pregnancy,full menstruation and vaginal delivery were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The study found that the one-to-one midwife accompanying the whole process and the spouse’s labor process support intervention had an ideal effect in the vaginal delivery of single term primipara,which could effectively shorten the labor process,improve the primipara’s bad mood and improve their quality of life,effectively reduce postpartum complications,and significantly improve the quality of labor intervention.
