手术期间口腔护理干预对脑外伤气管插管全身麻醉病人肺部感染的影响

摘　　要：分析了手术期间口腔护理干预对脑外伤气管插管全身麻醉病人肺部感染的影响。从2020年07月-2021年12月期间到甘肃省临夏市人民医院接受诊治的所有脑外伤气管插管全身麻醉患者中抽取62例作为研究样本。采用单双号分发法将这62例样本进行分组,常规组31例,组内患者采用常规护理干预,研究组31例,组内患者采用手术期间口腔护理干预,之后分析组间护理效果。研究发现,对于脑外伤气管插管全身麻醉患者在其手术期间给予患者口腔护理干预,可有效降低患口腔疾患发生率及口咽部细菌数量,提升患者的护理满意度及口腔清洁度,对控制患者的肺部感染具有积极影响。The effect of oral nursing intervention during operation on pulmonary infection in patients with brain trauma undergoing tracheal intubation and general anesthesia was analyzed.From July 2020 to December 2021,62 cases of brain trauma patients under tracheal intubation general anesthesia who were diagnosed and treated in The People’s Hospital of Linxia were selected as study samples.The 62 cases were divided into conventional group(31 cases),study group(31 cases),and patients in the group(31 cases)used oral nursing intervention during operation.After that,the nursing effect between groups was analyzed.The study found that oral nursing intervention was given to patients with brain trauma undergoing tracheal intubation and general anesthesia during their surgery.Oral nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of oral diseases and the number of bacteria in oropharyngeal specimens,improve the patient’s satisfaction with nursing and oral cleanliness,and have a positive impact on the control of patients’pulmonary infection.
