闭环靶控输注与持续输注两种方式在临床麻醉中输注顺式阿曲库铵的价值比较研究

摘　　要：探索了闭环靶控输注与持续输注两种方式输注顺式阿曲库铵在临床麻醉中的应用价值。研究时间为2021年3月—2022年5月,研究对象为68例开展腹腔镜手术治疗的女性患者。落实对患者相关资料的分析,回顾顺式阿曲库铵的输注方式,以其不同之处作为分组依据,将68例患者分为对照组与观察组,各组样本均为34例。对照组患者应用持续输注方式,观察组患者应用闭环靶控输注方式,对比两组麻醉期和麻醉诱导期平均动脉压、心率、肌肉松弛情况、起效时间、肌松恢复情况、不良反应发生率。根据对比数据可知,在临床麻醉中,闭环靶控输注与持续输注两种方式输注顺式阿曲库铵均具有一定的效果,但前者在肌肉松弛、起效时间、肌松恢复中的效果明显要优于后者,且安全性较高,具有较大的临床推广价值。To explore and compare the application value of cis atracurium infusion inclinical anesthesia between closedloop target controlled infusion and continuous infusion.The time involved in the study was from March 2021 to May 2022.The subjects involved in the study were 68 female patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.The analysis of patients’relevant data was carried out,and the infusion methods of cis atracurium were reviewed.Based on their differences,68 patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 34 samples in each group.The patients in the control group received continuous infusion of cis atracurium,and the patients in the observation group received closed-loop target controlled infusion of cis atracurium.The average arterial pressure,heart rate,muscle relaxation,onset time,muscle relaxation recovery,and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared during anesthesia and induction.Inclinical anesthesia,both closed-loop target controlled infusion and continuous infusion of cisatracurium have certain effects,but the former is obviously better than the latter in muscle relaxation,onset time and recovery of muscle relaxation,and will not have serious adverse reactions,with high safety,which has great clinical promotion value.
