个性化临床护理对小儿难治性癫痫中生酮饮食治疗效果的影响分析

摘　　要：分析了个性化临床护理对小儿难治性癫痫生酮饮食治疗效果的影响。选择苏州大学附属儿童医院于2021年2月—2022年2月收治的50例小儿难治性癫痫患儿作为研究对象,按治疗方法将其分为对照组(25例)、观察组(25例),比较两组治疗效果。数据显示,观察组治疗效果显著优于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。在两组患儿家属临床满意度比较上,对照组患儿家属临床满意度为60.00%、观察组患儿家属临床满意度为100.00%,组间数据比较差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,对照组患儿健康状态、认知能力、生理功能及整体健康分数均低于观察组患者,差异显著,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究显示,在小儿难治性癫痫患儿中,采取个性化生酮饮食治疗,可提升患儿的临床治疗效果,降低不良反应发生概率。The influence of individualized clinical nursing on the therapeutic effect of ketogenic diet in children with refractory epilepsy was analyzed.Fifty children with intractable epilepsy in children admitted to the Children’Hospital of Soochow University from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(25 cases)and observation group(25 cases)according to the treatment methods,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.The data showed that the treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In the comparison of the clinical satisfaction of the family members of the two groups,the clinical satisfaction of the family members of the children in the control group was 60.00%,and the clinical satisfaction of the family members of the children in the observation group was 100.00%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).At the same time,the health status,cognitive ability,physiological function and overall health scores of patients in the control group were lower than those in the observation group,with significant differences(P<0.05).It can be seen that in children with refractory epilepsy,individualized ketogenic diet can improve the clinical treatment effect of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
