集束化护理在预防PICU小儿气管插管非计划性拔管中的应用探究

摘　　要：探究了在PICU小儿气管插管非计划性拔管护理过程中使用集束化护理的临床价值。选取2020年3月—2021年3月在湖北民族大学附属民大医院接受医疗服务的212例PICU患儿作为研究对象,根据实行集束化护理前后的区别将212例患儿分为集束化护理前的106例对照组患儿和集束化护理后的106例实验组患儿,对比PICU小儿的护理效果。研究发现,对PICU患儿采用集束化护理对降低PICU小儿气管插管非计划性拔管率有帮助,有助于改善患儿就医感受,可保证患儿生命安全,值得临床应用推广。To explore the clinical value of cluster nursing in the course of unplanned extubation of PICU children’s tracheal intubation.212 PICU children who received medical services in Minda Hospital of Hubei Minzu University from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the differences before and after the implementation of cluster nursing,212 children were divided into 106 children in the control group before the cluster nursing and 106 children in the experimental group after the cluster nursing,and the nursing effects of PICU children were compared.The study found that the use of cluster nursing for PICU children is helpful to reduce the unplanned extubation rate of PICU children’s tracheal intubation,improve their medical experience,and ensure their life safety,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
