中医药在2型糖尿病合并高脂血症临床治疗中的应用研究

摘　　要：探讨了在2型糖尿病合并高脂血症的临床治疗中应用中医药的效果。选取保定第七医院于从2020年3月—2022年3月收治的98例的糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组。其中,对照组患者实施常规治疗,观察组患者在上述基础上增加津力达颗粒的服用。对比两组患者在空腹以及餐后的血糖值、血脂、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素抵抗指数以及家属的满意度评分。研究发现,对于2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者而言,如津力达颗粒一类的中医药有较好的临床应用效果,能够切实改善患者的治疗效果,提高患者的生活质量。This paper discusses the effect of Chinese medicine in the clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes with hyperlipidemia.98 patients with diabetes who were admitted to Baoding Seventh Hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as research objects,and the two groups of patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Among them,the patients in the control group received routine treatment,while the patients in the observation group took Jinlida granules on the basis of the above.It can be seen from this that,for patients with type 2 diabetes combined with hyperlipidemia,traditional Chinese medicine such as Jinlida granule has good clinical application effect,can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
