在急性白血病护理中应用护理程序的临床效果及满意度分析

摘　　要：研究了急性白血病患者在院内接受护理期间,实行护理程序后所产生的作用及成效。研究对象在南通市第一人民医院血液科患者中选取并执行,所有研究对象均患有急性白血病,研究时间为2020年3月—2022年3月,研究对象的总数量为100例,后续比对中依据抛币法,将所有研究人员划分为人数均等的两组,依次实施常规护理及护理程序。以对照组和研究组作为本次研究的组别名称,将各组患者在护理期间的整体生活质量、不良情绪变化记录并进行分析,比较临床效果与护理满意程度。研究发现,护理程序通过科学式的引导来稳定患者情绪,对于患者整体生活质量的提升有显著作用。The role and effectiveness of nursing procedures during the nursing care of patients with acute leukemia during the nursing period in the hospital were studied.The study was selected and executed in the hematology department of Nantong First People's Hospital,all the study subjects had acute leukemia,the specific time was from March 2020 to March 2022,the total number of study subjects was 100 cases,and in the subsequent comparison,all researchers were divided into two groups with equal numbers according to the coin throwing method,and routine nursing and nursing procedures were implemented in turn.Taking the control group and the research group as the group names in this study,the overall quality of life and adverse mood changes of each group during nursing were recorded and analyzed,and the clinical effect and nursing satisfaction in the process were compared.The study found that the nursing procedure stabilizes the patient's mood through scientific guidance,which has a significant effect on the improvement of the overall quality of life of the patient,and has been unanimously recognized by the patient.
