个体化护理联合集束化护理在急性乙醇中毒患者中的应用

摘　　要：探讨了个体化护理联合集束化护理在急性乙醇中毒患者中的应用。以200例急性乙醇中毒患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(个体化护理+集束化护理)与对照组(个体化护理)。比较两组依从性、不良事件发生率、心理状态及护理质量。研究发现,个性化护理联合集束化护理可提高急性乙醇中毒患者的依从性,减少不良事件的发生,改善患者心态,提升护理质量。This paper discusses the application of individual nursing combined with cluster nursing in patients with acute alcohol poisoning.200 patients with acute alcoholism were randomly divided into the observation group(individual nursing+cluster nursing)and the control group(individual nursing).The compliance,adverse event rate,psychological state and nursing quality of the two groups were compared.The study found that personalized nursing combined with cluster nursing can improve the compliance of patients with acute alcoholism,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,improve patients’mentality and improve the quality of nursing.
