摘　　要：分析了前因素对血常规检验结果准确性的影响。选取2019年11月—2020年11月临淄区金山中心卫生院124例行血常规检验的患者作为研究对象。其中,62例须复查血常规(观察组),62例无需复查血常规(参照组)。对两组患者的采血前准备、采血指标、血液标本储存与运动等可影响血常规检验结果的相关因素进行分析,统计分析前因素对血常规检验结果准确性的影响,并据此制定相应的整改措施。研究发现,多种因素可对血常规检验结果准确性造成影响,各大医疗结构须高度重视血液标本质量控制,强化相关环节质量,以提高血常规检验结果准确性,进而为临床诊治患者提供更精准参考依据,以提升医院整体医疗水平。The influence of the former factors on the accuracy of blood routine test results was analyzed.124 patients who underwent routine blood tests in Jinshan Central Health Center of Linzi District from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected.Among them,62 cases need to recheck blood routine examination(observation group),and 62 cases do not need to recheck blood routine examination(reference group).Analyze the relevant factors that can affect the results of blood routine test,such as blood preparation,blood collection indicators,blood sample storage and exercise,etc.of the two groups of patients,make statistics and analysis of the infl uence of the factors before analysis on the accuracy of blood routine test results,and formulate corresponding rectification measures accordingly.The study found that a variety of factors can affect the accuracy of blood routine test results.Each major medical structure must attach great importance to the quality control of blood samples and strengthen the quality of related links to improve the accuracy of blood routine test results,thus providing more accurate reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients,so as to improve the overall medical level of the hospital.
