摘　　要：分析高龄孕妇孕中期胎儿DNA无创产前筛查对妊娠结局的影响。选取安新县医院2017年6月—2020年5月收治的进行孕中期产前检查的100例高龄孕妇为研究对象,对所纳入的100例产妇按照检查手段的不同进行分组,分为对照组(羊水穿刺胎儿染色体核型分析)和观察组(DNA无创产前筛查)。对各项措施开展前后,所呈现出的检出率、妊娠结局展开细致观测,并对比。研究发现,在高龄孕妇的产前筛查过程中,DNA无创产前筛查是可靠的方法,能够有效提高检出率,对其妊娠结局改善具有积极意义,很大程度上提高了诊断水平,在临床中值得应用和推广。The effect of non-invasive prenatal screening of fetal DNA in the second trimester of pregnancy on pregnancy outcome was analyzed.We selected 100 cases of elderly pregnant women in a hospital from June 2017 to May 2020 for prenatal examination during the second trimester of pregnancy as the research object,and divided the included 100 cases into amniocentesis fetal karyotype analysis(control group)and DNA non-invasive prenatal screening(observation group)according to different examination methods.Before and after the implementation of various measures,the detection rate and pregnancy outcome presented were carefully observed and compared.The study found that in the prenatal screening process of elderly pregnant women,DNA non-invasive prenatal screening is a reliable method,which can effectively improve the detection rate,has a positive significance for the improvement of pregnancy outcomes,greatly improves the diagnostic level,and is worthy of application and promotion in clinical practice.
