血液透析治疗肾病综合症急性肾衰竭的效果分析

摘　　要：研究了在临床肾病综合征急性肾衰竭疾病治疗过程中引入血液透析治疗方案的临床效果,探讨了血液透析治疗法的临床应用与推广价值。选取2021年4月—2022年1月保定市第二中心医院收治的74例肾病综合征急性肾衰竭患者作为研究对象,对所有研究对象进行随机分组处理,并以小组为单位,为患者选择不同的临床治疗方案。在此过程中,小组分别命名为对照组和观察组,对照组接受常规治疗方案治疗,观察组接受血液透析治疗,以此为基础对患者接受治疗的效果进行研究。研究发现,在患者由于肾病综合征急性肾衰竭而到院接受治疗期间,血液透析治疗可以全面改善患者各项肾功能指标,提高肾病综合征急性肾衰竭疾病的存活率,值得临床中推广。According to the clinical effect study of introducing hemodialysis into the treatment of acute renal failure with nephrotic syndrome,the clinical application and promotion value of hemodialysis were discussed.74 patients with acute renal failure with nephrotic syndrome admitted to Baoding No.2 Central Hospital from April 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All the study subjects were randomly divided into groups and selected clinical treatment plans for patients in groups.During this process,the group was named as the control group and the observation group respectively.The control group received conventional treatment and the observation group received hemodialysis treatment.Based on this,the effect of patients receiving treatment was studied.The study found that during the period when patients were hospitalized due to acute renal failure with nephrotic syndrome,hemodialysis treatment can comprehensively improve the renal function indicators of patients and improve the survival rate of acute renal failure with nephrotic syndrome,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
