摘　　要：研究了米索前列醇片阴道后穹窿上药在宫颈粘连宫内节育环取出治疗中的应用优势。选取于2021年5月-2022年7月期间到行唐县中医医院取出宫内节育环且合并宫颈粘连的70例患者作为研究对象,将其分为研究组以及常规组,每组各有患者35例。其中常规组患者采用常规治疗,研究组患者在此基础上通过米索前列醇片阴道后穹窿上药方式进行治疗。研究发现,在常规治疗基础上增加米索前列醇片阴道后穹窿上药的方式进行治疗能够减轻患者的疼痛,提高患者的治疗满意度、取环成功率以及宫颈软化率,具有较大的应用优势。To evaluate the advantages of misoprostol tablets applied to the posterior fornix of vagina in the removal of intrauterine device for cervical adhesion.From May 2021 to July 2022,70 patients with intrauterine contraceptive rings and cervical adhesions who were taken out in Xingtang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the study group and the conventional group,with 35 patients in each group.The patients in the conventional group were treated with conventional therapy,and the patients in the study group were treated with misoprostol tablets in the posterior fornix of vagina.It can be seen from this that,on the basis of conventional treatment,adding misoprostol tablets to the posterior fornix of vagina for treatment can reduce patients‘pain,improve patients‘satisfaction with treatment,the success rate of ring removal and the rate of cervical softening,which has greater application advantages.
