疼痛管理在晚期肿瘤患者安宁疗护中的应用以及对疼痛缓解比率的影响分析

摘　　要：探究了疼痛管理在晚期肿瘤患者安宁疗护中的应用以及对疼痛缓解率的影响。选取2020年1月—2021年3月重庆市第十三人民医院收治的50例晚期肿瘤患者作为研究对象,随机分为试验组(25例,采取疼痛管理)和对照组(25例,采取常规管理),比较两组患者的疼痛缓解率、疼痛缓解时间和治疗依从性、生活质量、睡眠质量和满意度等各项指标。研究发现,对晚期肿瘤患者的安宁疗护中加入疼痛管理,可有效缓解患者疼痛、延长疼痛缓解时间,提高患者治疗依从性,提升生存质量和睡眠质量。值得临床推广应用。This study explored the application of pain management in the hospice care of patients with advanced cancer and its impact on the pain relief rate.50 patients with advanced cancer admitted to the Thirteenth People’s Hospital of Chongqing from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into the test group(25 patients,with pain management)and the control group(25 patients,with routine management).The pain relief rate,pain relief time,treatment compliance,quality of life,sleep quality,satisfaction and other indicators of the two groups were compared.The study found that adding pain management to the hospice care of patients with advanced cancer can effectively relieve patients’pain,prolong the pain relief time,improve patients’treatment compliance,and improve the quality of life and sleep.It is worthy of clinical application.
