中西药物结合发声训练治疗儿童声带小结的临床效果分析

摘　　要：分析了中西医药物结合联合发声训练对声带结节患儿的应用效果与临床价值。选取厦门大学附属翔安医院收治的84例声带小结患儿作为研究对象,将84例纳入研究的患儿使用抽签法随机分为两组,每组各42例。对照组患儿接受中西医药物方案进行治疗,观察组患儿在中西医药物结合治疗的基础上增加发声训练治疗,对比观察两组患儿治疗效果和治疗后的嗓音情况。研究发现,对声带小结患儿实施中西医药物联合发声训练治疗在治疗效果稳定性上具有较好表现。The application effect and clinical value of Chinese and Western medicine combined with vocal training in children with vocal nodules were analyzed.84 children with vocal nodules admitted to Xiang’an Hospital of Xiamen University were selected as the research object.84 children included in the study were randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases each by drawing lots.The children in the control group were treated with traditional Chinese and western medicine.The children in the observation group were treated with voice training based on the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.The study found that the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine and vocal training for children with vocal nodules had good stability in the treatment effect.
