氨溴索雾化吸入疗法对于老年慢性支气管炎急性发作期的作用评价

摘　　要：研究并明确了氨溴索雾化吸入疗法对急性发作期老年慢性支气管炎(以下简称老年慢支)患者的适用性。将40例处于急性发作期的老年慢支患者等分为两组(对照组20例患者仅接受常规治疗,即多索茶碱联合青霉素治疗;观察组20例患者则在此基础上联以氨溴索雾化吸入疗法),而后展开组间数据对比。通过数据对比可知,观察组治疗总有效率、症状表现缓解时间、血气指标、炎性因子水平及肺功能指标改善方面均有优势(P<0.05)。研究发现,氨溴索十分适用于各类呼吸系统疾病的治疗,将其通过雾化吸入途径给药,并与常规药物结合展开干预,进一步提高了急性发作期老年慢支患者的临床疗效。To study and clarify the applicability of ambroxol aerosol inhalation therapy to elderly patients with chronic bronchitis(hereinafter referred to as elderly chronic bronchitis)in the acute attack period.40 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis in the acute attack period were equally divided into two groups(20 patients in the control group received only conventional treatment,that is,doxothylline combined with penicillin;20 patients in the observation group received ambroxol aerosol inhalation therapy on this basis),and then the data between the groups were compared.It can be seen from the data comparison that the observation group has advantages in terms of the total effective rate of treatment,the time of symptom relief,blood gas indicators,the level of inflammatory factors and the improvement of pulmonary function indicators(P<0.05).It can be seen from this that ambroxol is very suitable for the treatment of various respiratory diseases.It is administered through aerosol inhalation and combined with conventional drugs to further improve the clinical efficacy of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis in acute attack.
