摘　　要：目的探讨术中干预对髋关节置换术后深静脉血栓的预防价值。方法收集2020年4月至2022年1月北京积水潭医院行髋关节置换术的178例患者的临床资料,根据干预方法的不同将其分为干预组(n=93,给予术中干预)和常规组(n=85,给予常规干预)。记录两组患者的手术相关指标,比较两组患者术后D-二聚体水平、大腿周径差、小腿周径差以及下肢DVT的发生情况。结果干预组患者的手术时间、全身麻醉使用率均低于常规组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。术后,干预组患者下肢DVT发生率、D-二聚体水平、大腿周径差、小腿周径差均低于常规组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论术中干预可以显著降低髋关节置换术后下肢DVT的发生风险,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the preventive value of intraoperative intervention in deep vein thrombosis(DVT)after hip replacement.Method Clinical data of 178 patients undergoing hip replacement in the Beijing Jishuitan Hospital from April 2020 to January 2022 were collected.All patients were divided into intervention group(n=93,received intraoperative intervention)and routine group(n=85,received routine intervention).The operation related indexes of the two groups were recorded,the postoperative D-dimer level,thigh circumference difference,leg circumference difference and lower extremity DVT of the two groups were compared.Result The operation time and incidence rate of general anesthesia in the intervention group were lower than those in routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery,the postoperative incidence rate of lower extremity DVT,D-dimer,difference of thigh circumference and calf circumference in the intervention group were lower than those in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intraoperative intervention can significantly reduce the risk of lower extremity DVT after hip replacement,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
