乡村文化振兴中农民获得感的形成路径研究——基于村干部素质、政策感知及政策参与的视角

摘　　要：文化振兴是乡村振兴的灵魂,其最终目标是不断提高农民获得感。基于此,本文运用回归分析和结构方程模型的研究方法,从村干部素质、政策感知及政策参与的视角出发,分析乡村文化振兴中农民获得感的影响因素和形成路径。结果表明:村干部素质、政策感知、农民文化振兴参与均可直接对农民的政策获得感产生正向影响;此外,村干部素质和政策感知还可以通过农民文化振兴参与的中介作用对农民政策获得感产生间接正向影响。在乡村文化振兴中,要想实现较高的农民获得感,首先,强化村干部队伍建设,提高村干部岗位胜任力。其次,加大政策宣传力度,提升农民对乡村文化振兴认同。最后,坚持农民主体性,促进乡村文化内生性发展。Cultural rejuvenation is the soul of rural rejuvenation,and its ultimate target is to constantly improve farmer’s sense of gain. From the perspective of village cadre’s quality,policy perception,and policy participation,the regression analysis and the structural equation model methods are adopted to analyze the influencing factors and formation path of farmer’s sense of gain in rural culture rejuvenation. The results show that village cadre’s quality,policy perception,and farmer’s participation in cultural rejuvenation have a direct positive impact on farmer’s sense of policy gain;and that village cadre’s quality and policy perception,by means of the intermediation of farmer’s participation in cultural rejuvenation,have an indirect positive influence on farmer’s sense of policy gain. In order for farmers to achieve a relatively high sense of gain in rural culture rejuvenation,the first thing to do is to build up the membership of village cadres and promote their post competence,the second is to raise the level of policy publicity and boost farmers’ identification with rural culture rejuvenation,and the last is to uphold farmers as the subject and prompt the endogenous development of rural culture.
