摘 要:研究了血液细菌培养联合降钙素原检测对于菌血症诊断的实际作用。将60例于2019年2月—2021年2月期间在聊城市人民医院接受治疗的菌血症患者作为研究对象,另选参与健康体检的60例健康者,作为研究的对比对象。对比分析不同检测方法的阳性检出率、不同时间的检出率以及三种检测方法的优势和不足。研究发现,目前血液细菌培养、联合降钙素原检测在菌血症诊断方面均有着各自的优势和特点,如果能够将两种手段结合在一起,实现优势互补,能够获得较为准确的检测结果,为临床诊断菌血症提供有力支持。The practical role of blood bacterial culture combined with procalcitonin detection in the diagnosis of bacteremia was studied.60 patients with bacteremia who were treated in Liaocheng People’s Hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were taken as the subjects of this study.Another 60 healthy people who participated in the physical examination were selected as the contrast objects of the study.The positive detection rate of different detection methods,the detection rate at different times,and the advantages and disadvantages of the three detection methods were compared and analyzed respectively.The study found that at present,blood bacterial culture and combined procalcitonin detection have their own advantages and characteristics in the diagnosis of bacteremia.If the two methods can be combined to achieve complementary advantages,more accurate detection results can be obtained,providing strong support for clinical diagnosis of bacteremia.
