延伸护理对经PTCD治疗的恶性梗阻性黄疸患者术后影响分析

摘　　要：研究了恶性梗阻性黄疸患者在执行PTCD治疗后,实行延伸护理对其术后恢复的作用及成效。选择四川省肿瘤医院于2020年3月—2022年3月收治的患有恶性梗阻性黄疸并执行PTCD(经皮肝穿刺胆道引流术)治疗的100例患者作为研究对象,将其划分为人数均等的两组,分别实施常规护理与延伸护理。将两组患者在护理期间的整体生活质量、不良情绪变化进行评估。研究发现,延伸护理扩大了护理覆盖范围,有利于患者整体生活质量的提升及不良情绪的控制。To study the effect of extended nursing on the postoperative recovery of patients with malignant obstructive jaundice after PTCD treatment.100 patients with malignant obstructive jaundice who were treated with PTCD in Sichuan Cancer Hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into two groups with equal number of patients,who received routine care and extended care respectively.The overall quality of life and changes of bad emotions of the two groups of patients during the nursing period were evaluated.It can be seen from this that extended nursing has expanded the coverage of nursing,which is conducive to the improvement of the overall quality of life of patients and the control of negative emotions.
