集束化护理模式对预防老年髋关节置换患者术后谵妄情况的影响研究

摘　　要：分析了集束化护理模式在老年髋关节置换术后对预防患者术后谵妄中的应用价值。选取2019年12月—2021年8月期间昆明市第一人民医院收治的110例老年髋关节置换患者为研究对象,并针对患者实施数字随机分组,将其分为例数为55例的两组,集束组采取集束化护理模式、参比组应用常规护理,对比两组患者术后谵妄发生率、生活质量评分、负性情绪评分、住院时间。研究发现,针对老年髋关节置换患者应用集束化护理模式可预防患者发生谵妄,提高患者生活质量,减轻其不良情绪,缩短住院时间。The application value of cluster nursing mode in preventing postoperative delirium in elderly patients with hip replacement was analyzed.110 elderly patients with hip replacement who were admitted to The First Hospital of Kunming from December 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into two groups with 55 cases.The cluster group adopted the cluster nursing mode,and the reference group applied conventional nursing.The incidence of postoperative delirium,quality of life scores,negative emotion scores,and hospital stay of the two groups were compared.Research direction:The application of cluster nursing mode for elderly patients with hip replacement can prevent delirium,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce bad emotions,and shorten their hospital stay.
