摘　　要：全媒体主流意识形态话语权情怀赋能有利于夯实立德树人的文明底色,汇聚实现中华民族伟大复兴的战略合力,彰显构建人类命运共同体的中国智慧。同时,泛中心化、泛舆论化、逆全球化消解主流意识形态权威性,挑战国家主权与民族共同体公信力,滋扰人类命运共同体引领力,引发信仰冷漠、价值遮蔽。全媒体主流意识形态话语权要在话语主体、话语载体、话语主题、话语体系、话语传播上厚植仁爱情怀、传道情怀、人民情怀、家国情怀、天下情怀,引领青年以青春智慧创造美丽中国,为人类命运共同体建设注入青春活力。The voice of mainstream ideology of all media can help consolidate the background of civilization for building virtue and cultivating people,gather strategic synergy for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and highlight China's wisdom in building a community with a shared future for mankind.At the same time,digital imperialism is eroding the authority of mainstream ideologies,challenging national sovereignty and the credibility of national communities,undermining the leadership of a community with a shared future for mankind,and leading to apathy and the obscuring of values.To inject youthful vitality into the building of a community with a shared future for mankind,there establish discourse center,subjectand system.
