摘　　要：文章针对江西省近年来天然气产业政策投入产出情况,以规制型政策、引导激励型政策、辅助型政策数量为政策投入指标,以管网建设实现度、万元GDP能耗、天然气消费占比为政策产出测度指标,建立了江西省天然气行业政策绩效评价体系,并运用数据包络分析方法进行政策投入产出绩效评估。评估结果表明:政策综合效率均值为0.867,说明政府推进江西省天然气利用政策有效利用率较高,但总体未达到DEA有效,政策资源仍存在改进之处。The article establishes a policy performance evaluation system for the natural gas industry in Jiangxi Province, using the number of regulatory policies, guidance and incentive policies, and supporting policies as policy input indicators, and the degree of realization of pipeline network construction, energy consumption of10,000 Yuan GDP, and the proportion of natural gas consumption as policy output indicators, and uses data envelopment analysis to evaluate the performance of policy inputs and outputs. The assessment results show that the mean value of the overall policy efficiency is 0.867, indicating that the effective utilization rate of the government’s policy to promote natural gas utilization in Jiangxi Province is high, but overall it has not reached DEA effectiveness, and there is still room for improvement of policy resources.
