摘　　要：农业产业化联合体是推进乡村振兴战略、实现农业农村现代化的重要组织形式。总结农业产业化联合体的龙头企业引领型、合作社联合社带动型、行业组织带动型三种典型模式,进行机理分析,认为农业产业化联合体是降低交易成本的需求以诱导农业产业组织创新,也是为突破现有制度环境约束,不断优化、革新、迭代的结果。不仅能降低交易成本、催生内生动力,还能动态塑造核心竞争力。因此,应将农业产业化联合体作为现代农业产业组织看待,注重农业产业化联合体与其他新型农业组织的协同发展,选择联合体关键主体进行重点扶持,探索以模式创新带动利益共享的长效机制。The agricultural industrialization consortium is an important organization form to promote the Rural Revitalization Strategy and realize the agricultural and rural modernization.By summing up the three typical models of the agricultural industrialization consortium,namely,the leading enterprise led model,the cooperative union driven model and the industrial organization driven model,the agricultural industrialization consortium was needed to reduce the transaction costs through in-depth mechanism analysis,inducing the innovation of the agricultural industrial organization,being the result of continuous optimization,innovation and iteration to break through the constraints of the existing institutional environment.It could reduce the costs,promote the endogenous power and dynamically shape the core competitiveness.Therefore,the agricultural industrialization consortium should be regarded as a modern agricultural industrial organization,attention to the coordinated development of the agricultural industrialization consortium and other new agricultural organizations be paid,and key subjects of the consortium be chose for main support,to explore a long-term mechanism of benefit sharing through model innovation.
