摘　　要：Food tech serial entrepreneur Matilda Ho is the founder and managing director of Shanghai-based Bits x Bites,a company that invests in startups working to help feed China's growing population of 1.4 billion people in a more sustainable way.We first caught up with Matilda back in 2017 when Bits x Bites was just starting outz and since then,it has added 15 portfolio companies.The company is currently investing in everything from precision agriculture to alternative protein solutions to plant-based education options.
